I'v been at Clavister since April 2007.

Can you describe your role?
I drive the development team through the Agile development process. That involves controlling the timeframes of our iterative product improvements internally, getting the right things done at the right time, and communicating and aligning expectations to our development partners and external stakeholders.

What’s it like working at Clavister?
The complexities of the product that we work on, provide constant challenges to finding a way to get things done. It is wonderful to work with colleagues that have a thorough knowledge of the technicalities and always find a clever solution. They are people that I can rely on.
